Back to Sugarcraft I go. My Peanut Butter fudge has become such a big hit. I want to share with everyone my secret.
1 lb of Merckens chocolate (it works and taste better than any other I have used) 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
Melt chocolate and add peanut butter
Spread into an 8x8 buttered pan and put in the freezer for 10 min.
Take out and score the fudge and put back into freezer. Wait for about 30 min. Take out and cut.
It is easy and so tasty.

Can you use creamy peanut butter as well?
