Can anyone help me out with a tried and true whipped cream buttercream frosting that has great stability for decorating? What I'm using now is a bit too wimpy. Also, is there a trick to getting more vibrant color out of a whipped cream buttercream frosting (i.e., red), such as what I can get from a regular buttercream frosting that has a heavier texture? Thanks for any assistance you can offer!
