I would rather not bake from scratch. What cake mix do you use?

I use duncan hines, but frequently doctor the mix. I also bake at 325 degrees F.

Ditto....I think Duncan Hines is the best. I, too, sometimes doctor the mix though. Many times I substitute juice or milk for the water.
