Have a great simple recipe.
1 lb white chocolate (I use Merckens) Soft caramel (I use Peter's) Cashews
Using a turtle mold, I put cashews in for the feet, tail and head. Add a ball of caramel Melt chocolate and pour over the caramel and cashews. Tap down mold to remove air bubbles and then place in freezer for 10 min. They pop right out and are great.
